Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

To begin with, if you have a need to consider refunds, returns, or exchanges, it means that you have purchased a gift through Carpet Plus. As a result, we would like to thank you for choosing us! It brings us joy when we’re able to connect you to your loved ones and offer them a pleasant gift experience. Here are some things you might want to know…

  1. Order cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the date of delivery. If you choose to cancel your order before the designated time, we will refund the amount of your order in-full to your card.* If you would simply like to change the delivery date of your order, kindly contact us at

  3. All items that leave our stores are non-refundable: Items can be returned up to one month after delivery. Items can only be exchanged or gift vouchers can be issued of the same amount. Please note that gift vouchers expire after 3 months from the issuing date.

  4. If you would like to modify your order, send us an order modification request at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date in order for sufficient time to process the request. 

* If money is refunded to your bank card, it will take within 5 to 10 days to appear on your statement.
